Hi,
I am applying for PR for wife
here are some background of us
I am a Singaporean, working as a bank officer, with a bachelor degree and have been contributing CPF, earning 2.8k per month
My foreign spouse is a divorcee, she has 1 children however is not under her care and not under her custody and she do not require to pay any maintenance fees, she is a Malaysian working here as a work permit holder since late 2015, she hold an SPM, earning 1.5k per month.
We were married in Singapore legally with MOM approval.
Currently my wife is holding a Long Term Visit Pass (Plus) which was given to her last year
My wife have just given birth to a baby girl this year, our new born daughter is a Singaporean.
However when I look at the FORM 4 under Part E (Particular of applicant's all other marriages and children) my wife could not remember and therefore have difficulty in filling up some of the fields such as (ex husband's date of birth, date of marriage & children's travel document. Can it be kept as NA or blank?
lastly I need to know what are the chances of her PR application. Thanks.

women don't forget anything ... unless she's purposely refusing to remember ... that's my 2 cents.
If you make false declaration, it's a serious offence.
Did she declare her divorce during your marriage ?

You need to find this out.... blank spaces make ICA nervous (they are risk adverse). Malaysia has a reasonably efficient registrar of births, deaths and marriages and a nation wide ID card system. It surely is not to hard to do some research.
Registrar is here:
http://www.jpn.gov.my/
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

We have manage to filled some of fields however the last portion which is the children travel document. I have checked with my wife during that time they did not apply passport even till the day of divorce, as we do not know whether her ex husband have apply passport for the child after their divorce. Should I still kept as blank or NA?

You presumably have the child's IC number and birth cert details? In this case I would put "unknown" as the answer for whether the child has a travel doc - you may wish to attach a short letter explaining the 'unknown'.

Good as anybody's guess, but I presume your wife is Malaysian Chinese ?
Should go for LTVP first, before applying for PR.
