Dependant pass holder wanting to star business

Hi all!
I am looking forward to starting a small catering business from home.
I have registered this on ACRA. However i am on a dependant pass, can i continue on dependant pass or i have to apply for enterpass? as per the new rules i cannot apply for LOC.

What new rules? Entrepass does not apply to food service. There are many rules governing food catering services, including preparing food at home. You should become thoroughly familiar with these regulations before spending any more time or money, to ensure that you can even do what you want. I don't think you can.
