how many rounds of interview before making decision

I have contacted a MNC company in Sinagpore for a business development associate position through a headhunter. Had 3 rounds of interview with the company (2 with company +1 headhunter) and was told that I will go for another round of discussion. I am just wondering how many rounds do they normally go before they make a final decision?

It all depends on the company and the position.
For your position, 3 interviews with the company is about just right (excluding the head hunter). Check with the head hunter the progress, it is in their interest to know too.

For my last job, I had one interview with the job hunter and 4 interviews with various managers and directors in the company. That is including one lunch interview and one phone interview. Good luck.
