DEar aLL !
Kindly help my problem now is i am currently holding LTVP (LOC) and i am just got Divorce Final Judgment. But before i holding LTVP , I working under work permit. It's mean :
Married->LTVP->Work permit (because lastime dont have LOC for LTVP) -> and Renew LTVP ( with LOC) -> and now i am divorced but my LTVP do not expiry.
So now i am going to ROM again....my question is :
1/ Do i need to seek for approval from MOM (because i holding WP before ) ?
2/ Do i need to go through PRe-MArriage by ICA if my ROM successfull ?
3/ Do i need to inform ICA that i'm divoced ? what will happens with my LTVP?

2/ Yes
3/ Yes if you mean 1st Rom, you need to go through Pre-marriage by ICA again for 2nd marriage.
ICA will probably be canceled as you have lost your sponsor.

Thank you for your information. i still not sure abt
3/ if i inform ICA that i am Dirvoced and if they cancel my LTVP. how can i stay in SG for the next MArriage processing following on 25 MAR ROM ??
