I am an Indian mother (speaking English, Hindi and Bengali), looking for play dates for my 14 months old girl. Preferably toddlers of similar age and around Dover road/Buona Vista area (or close by). We live in Heritage View condo at Dover Rise. My daughter is very friendly and loves to play with other kids.
