My EP pass renewal is still pending status since Jan 23 2017 until now
Its almost 1month pending

Please advise are any one facing the same issue?

When does your current EP expire?

No need to worry until that point is passed, many seem to be having slower approvals.

My EP will expire on April 25 2017

Nothing to worry about then until April 26th

Who is your employer? If your employer is one of the companies on the MOM Watchlist, your EP may not get renewed. In my own company (name withhold to protect the guilty), for the whole of 2016 we had only 30 EP renewals (out of 600+ sought). So many folks have to return to where they came from.
Of course no new EP are being issued for my company.
