Best SIM Card for Mobile Wifi?

Hi guys, im currently asking for advice for good SIM card with data plan for Mobile Wifi?

Im using mobile wifi like TP link and will be used for home usage. Is there any good option with good prices ? Thanks!

Pre paid or post paid ?

Pre paid, Star hub has decent data only plans, but get the data sim card, or you can't check balance except by Ussd! Which can't 'be don't via a router.

I need the 4G or 4G+ speed if possible , i think it only available for post paid that one i guess?

they have 4G on pre-paid too.

m1 has a superpac prepaid plan ($25/month) with unlimited data from 12mn to 10am but i'm not sure if that's on 3G or 4G.

they also have a 4G prepaid plan for tourists... (just flash your foreign passport) 100gb on 4G for 5 (or 10) days. i've used that before once and it works good if you don't mind the price.

It's better to go with vodafone which is best in the data offers.
