Foreign workers must comply with the following:
Not marry a Singapore citizen or permanent resident in or outside Singapore without approval from MOM. This applies even after their Work Permit is expired, cancelled or revoked.

The little girl is now 9 years old and hasn't seen her mother in person in 8 years (FB only) with the exception of one trip to the 'peens. Sadly, now I don't think either Father or Mother are interested in sortint it out any more if their actions are any indication. But that another story.

How long have you been married? Annul the marriage and then apply for permission and remarry.
You could argue grounds for annulment on the undisclosed legal inability of your wife to marry you.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

No but data matching and inadvertent disclosures would be a problem possibly.

If OP is in here for the long term, he's bound to apply PR for the wife and maybe the 'akan datang' children. All the particulars will be in application form... checkmate

Ya, instead of lie to them, better be honest to them. I dont know how much is the success rate, so far never saw someone successful on this issue.
But where should I go? MOM HQ? or their service centre?

if u never get approval from MOM may affect your wife future application in singapore just like PR application.
When u wife 1st Job with the working permit it should come along with a paper mention about "require to get approval for married with singaporean/PR, Or Not require to get approval if want to get marry."

The Work Permit card was delivered to her office and HR manager just passed her the card. There is no such "require to get approval for married with singaporean/PR, Or Not require to get approval if want to get marry." notification. So we did not noticed of this rules at all.
