I have recently moved to a
condo in the Central area, but it is quite dirty all the time. Do you have such experiences??

Do you mean the building? If so raise it with your agent or landlord and cc the management agency.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

If you are referring to the common areas good luck. That's one of the first things I check for how well the mgmt co keeps things in order. I have seen buildings less than 4 years old that are already filthy and it all comes down to the landlords willingness to pay for proper clean up. I am in the Newton area and my condo is immaculate
It is worth while to complain to your agent and landlord though
If you leave near a major highway then dust can easily accumulate. Not much can be done in that case

what's clean today, may not be clean tomorrow. the cleaning services company/staff may not always do a good job, and may also get replaced with a less impressive crew when their contracts get changed.
just stick with a bigger/newer development and the locals on the MC will make sure the
condo is kept reasonably clean.

No. It was a bad experience. The carpark issue unsettled. And the
condo manager was rude when attending to me. Should do my homework before renting a unit here. The Gardens at bishan. Whoever keen to rent a unit here, do think twice.

Average..saw rats on the ground floor walkway before.. I think ground floor units might encounter rats issues.
Hate putting up with the noises..

The management sucks. No EQ at all when replying enquiries. Discrimination between tenants and owners.
