Recommendation & Looking for Buddy to Thailand for eyes and nose surgery

I have done nose surgery before , but I wish to make my nose sharper . wonder have any recommendation of surgeon in Thai OR where is recommended ?

For my eyes wise I wish to make my eyes slight longer as I felt my eyes is very round ( I done once inner eyes surgery before), any recommendation ?

My nose was once done by him ,and my nose apparently is bloated and looks big , after that he didn't give any reply when I emailed him .

That time I rmb I went with a buddy also, but is better u can ask a buddy with you .
Because that side a lot of ppl know u are not local with try to cheat your money (as in the transport)

So I now look for a buddy can go together , because no matter how can take care each other
