Dragon boating is a great outing for any group of people and good for team building. Cheaper than most options as well.

Frisbee or similar in the botanic gardens or other larger parks.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Try wakeboarding. It will be a good outing with your colleagues under the sun drinking and having fun in the boat and also wakeboarding.
PM me for more details. Cheers!

I would recommend dragon boat. its more on the teamwork side. Which would be good. Otherwise I think punggol safra has something like war game but using arrows instead.

Overnight cycling. you can also come up with different activities to in the midst of the cycling to get the people to fulfill a task together or just having some sorts of challenge. It's all up to your creativity.
If your group is too old for games, then perhaps you can bring them on an eating session. cycle around Singapore to different landmarks and get them to try out different food for the whole night. Can exercise, can eat, can also enjoy the cooling breeze in the late night.
By saying all these, you can also plan a daytime cycling activity too if night time is not feasible.

Rock climbing and Cycling are the best options!

Cycling should be the cheapest. However, if you are looking at team building activities, maybe dragon boat is more feasible?

Cheap options:
Trekking in one of the nature reserves in Singapore. The southern ridges is pretty fun.
A little more expensive:
I really liked go karting/ bounce but it is a quite expensive for the duration. I actually think obstacle courses would be fun for team bonding (not sure the price)

There aren’t much cheap activities available here. Cycling could be cheap if you exclude the cost of your bike. And safety on the road is another consideration.

Any that promotes teamwork. My suggestions are laser tag, paintball, or maybe even bubble soccer, although bubble soccer is probably a little too pricey to be played on a large scale.
