One Fort or similar Condos with Glass

Post by TravieJackie » Fri, 27 Jan 2017 10:06 am

Anyone stayed there before? Or condos that have big glass panels as this? Is it very warm here in SG weather?

Glass or not, direct sunlight makes a big difference.

Unfortunately this is the trend now. Some older designs have half height windows but the new designs favour a lot of glass as it is cheaper. And yes it turns the apartment into a hot box. Try to avoid renting a place that faces the sun at noon onwards.

Practical difference is negligible. I live in such a condo right now, and lived in the older types before. More important is the apartment placement. Actually I even prefer bigger windows - mold is a more serious problem.
