Have you seen Xiaomi Mi Mix? Big full screen on small body. Wish that was readily available outside China but isn't :(
carousell has a bunch of sellers hawking the mix but it's pretty pricey.

i'd rather have paid a little more for the 7+ instead I think?

the 6s has dismal battery life. my wife went to the SE from the 6s because of that.

If you're worried about maintaining 2FA via SMS access to your govt websites (CPF, IRAS) after leaving Singapore get hold of a OneKey token device. See www.assurity.sg - it means you can logon to singpass without a sms 2FA but with a keypad device.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I guess most dual sim phones will become useless after Mar 31st once 2G n/w is disabled. Most dual sim phones, one SiM connects to 4G and the other automatically connects to 2G. Both cannot be on 3G/4G simultaneously.

I guess the latest dual sim phones like Mi max shouldn't have this problem

My Redmi note 2 sadly will become a single sim phone. I use the second slot for my free 1Gb M1 mobile broadband sim. The 1st slot is Singtel prepaid.

I might have to buy a cheap 3G phone and use it as a second phone.

Look for AIEK X6 ;)

BTW, the network options can still be 2G/3G, so if 2G is MIA, my android stays on 3G, for both SIM.

Phones with 4 SIM card slots were available in China at least 10 years ago.
You might be able to find some in HK.

Of course, with a China phone you would need to get the display switched to English, which is not always so obvious.

Have you tried it? Do this:
1) Set sim 1 for data.
2) Go to sim 2 and choose to select network manually and then search for networks and see if you can see 3G networks in the list.

If you can see 3G networks, let me know what is the brand of your phone.

Redmi 3S is a recent phone yet the non data sim cannot connect to 3G:

So I would imagine it needs to be a fairly expensive dual sim phone to connect to 3G for the non data sim slot.

BTW, AIEK X6 is 2G only. Otherwise, sounded like a cool option.
