Will we pass the FDW application if we only have 1 room in our HDB?

We stay in a whole unit flat but it only has 1 room, the master bedroom (the other room is close).

Now we are in the middle of applying for an FDW, has anyone here tried their luck in applying for an FDW even if it only has 1 room? We have a sofa bed in the living area and that's where we will let the helper sleep for the meantime.

We also intend to transfer to another HDB flat with two rooms in a month but how would I tell the MOM this?

I would wait until you move. It's inhuman what you want to do.

I agree. The FDW should be allowed to sleep between the two of them.
