Approved Spass 's Validity

Hi All,

I'd like to enquire about "approved Spass's validity" (if the Spass card will not be issued after approval).

The story is -

1st Company applied for Spass for me and it was approved in 1st week of Jan 2017.

I requested them to withdraw the approved pass (because I'd like to accept the offer from 2nd company.) But 1st company hasn't withdrawn it yet.

My questions are-

1) Will that approved pass be expired after 60 days automatically? or will it take 2 years to be expired automatically?

2) Can 1st Company get card issued without my consent?
