Hi guys!
I'm so confused by the visa site... currently I'm not in Singapore and haven't been there before. I recently graduated and now I found a company in Singapore that offers me a intersnhip. However, I contacted the main host and I asked about visa sponsorship. He told me I need to find out how can he assist or help me by myself... I'm so confused which visa type is right for me, which documents do I need...

Nope, there's no sponsor visa to work in Singapore except for illegal employment ..

Your employer must apply for the relevant pass

I meant, my future employer hasn't hired foreigners before and he told me that I have to figure out by myself how can he help me to get a visa and then let me know.
But my question is, which exactly section do I need? There are so many visa types... and what do my employer needs to do also?...

what is the name of the position you have obtained that you will declare on paper?

what is the "real" position you have obtained (if it differs from the 2nd Q)?

what is your highest qualification? what is your declared salary?

what passport(s) do you hold?
