Short term rental of residential property is illegal ...unless it's Serviced Apartments.. .. you can Google that

AirBnB can have a disruptive impact on servicе apаrtments & hotels.
Things like that are not allowed to happen willy-nilly in Singapore.
SG is quite conservative.
