But i haven't received the IPA letter, does it usually come before the iEnquiry status change or after?

sometimes there will be slots that are freed up for the formalities as well, you can try check.
yes, for me its singpost .. out of three options singpost gave me the earliest collection date 11th jan, which is weird ... collect from ica is 16th earliest, while icollect earliest is 13th jan ...

Actually I've been wondering how to select SingPost as an option.. I also heard that this is the fastest option most of the time. And of course, not to mention the most convenient.
Did you let the ICA officer know that you wish to collect via SingPost during your formalities appointment or you have to submit this somewhere online after the appointment?

Hey dynoto/anyone else who knows; how exactly do you do the health declaration online? I have to log in with my Singpass (currently tied to EP number), and once I log in it tells me I'm not a member so I don't have access to that information.
Is there some section on my IPA that states my new Singpass ID that I'm missing?

Just login to CPF portal with your SingPass. Check out the left panel under 'my cpf online services'. You should see two links, my requests and my activities.
Select my requests and tap on healthcare matters. With that you should be able to declare your health issues.

Thanks squishy! The online walkthrough I found on CPF's site wasn't pointing me in this direction. All good now!

didn't see this post until now; thanks Dynoto!
I'm going to compile and post a list of things to do + parties to inform once you get your PR. I figure that's helpful for any other newly-approved folks here. Do you mind if I use your screenshot since it's annotated already?
