My basic is S$2,300 and my shift allowance every month get paid hundred over dollars and the amount might be varies. When I need fill in my gross salary is it included? I am so confused with the payroll. :???:

Here is what I would do. I would add up all the monthly salaries you have been paid for the last year, then divide by 12. This would give you a monthly average that you could use on an application.

This is not commission or bonuses but additional pay for shift work that varies on a monthly basis. Were an officer of ICA or MoM to ask, this would be a very reasonable answer.
