hello all members ! greetings to all . i am new member here .and i have a question related to scents/perfumes . in singapore where can i get best collection of scents online or offline whichever is good ?

Off line, I recommend Dollar & Scents. They do lot of discounted sales on original perfumes..

There are few more stores offering similar prices but I found D&S quality wise, on the mark.

Am using an android, I saved a pdf to my phone, but could not locate where to open it..any suggestions where I could find the file?

You will be able to search for the file name. I can pull up a search window by swiping left on the screen and selecting Files from the menu that pops...
