They are probably waiting to see how long it takes for Singapore's powers-that-be to let their bulldog mouths overload their hummingbird butts once again. Probably will be the Law Minister or the PM as both seem to do it pretty regularly.

The moment when Singapore promises to stop playing its toys at a private playground called "Taiwan".
I supposed like any kids with their brand new toys, it takes tough love to remind them about overstaying their welcome...

Ahem...
How did Singapore over stay their welcome ? Is it because Big brother said so, junior has to do so ?

I do not see a 'big brother' scenario in this case. This is more like a landlord who simply got fedup of this kid (with his toys) behavior lately and decided to tighten the rule in order to put his house back in order.
One can't fault the landlord for doing that, can you ?

China got fed up of Singapore playing in Taiwan ?
Did Taiwan complain ? I thought Taiwan is very happy ...
Oh hang on ... don't answer. ..

Moronic logistics stuffed this up. No way should that military gear have gone near the SRC or HK or any Chinese controlled territory.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

You think the indigenous folk of Taiwan asked Singapore to leave?
That's some new thinking on your part.
Do you think the rest of the invaders will be leaving soon as well?

I think the logistics were instructed deliberatelyto park the toys in HK..
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

LOL, China owns Taiwan, so it's China's call. Not the living breathing human beings of Taiwan .. according to those like TMD.
Damn the wishes of Taiwanese ..

Read my previous post again - i stated "behavior", not the country.
As for Taiwan, well, the place has more than its share of problems to complain about.
I think having a few thousands SG soldiers roaming the entire Island is the least of their concern.

Before I can answer Q1 & Q2, what do you mean with the words "indigenous folk of Taiwan" and " rest of the invaders" ?

Technically, you are correct on both accounts:
- That Taiwan is part of China (as per UN recognition) and
- those living on the Island have the free choice to leave if they wish to...just like countless no. from their Mainland compatriots.

Hi everyone,
Recently, there are more and more cases of MNCs retrenching their staff in Singapore and move those functions to lower cost countries...

Not really, I think we still have a strong stable regulatory environment that attracts a lot of investors to set up shop here.
:) honestly...
