Student Pass Rejected

Post by shannonlee26 » Mon, 28 Nov 2016 10:17 pm

I'm a single Mom/Malaysian working in Singapore and holding S Pass for almost 10 years. I have a son entering Primary 1 next year and we have successfully gotten a place in the local govt school that we applied. Unfortunately, his student pass application was rejected. :(

Anyone can advise please ?

Thank you.

Your first step is to do an appeal. Attempt an appeal based on your ability to put him through school in Singapore. With an S-Pass I suspect the chances may not be high, but do not give up just yet!

I have sent an appeal to ICA yesterday. Meanwhile, we are also in the midst of waiting for outcome for our PR application which was submitted on 1 Feb 2016, already almost 10 months.

Hope for the best !!
