My PR application on 25th Nov 2015, and its still on pending.Any suggestion what should i do apart from waiting for their reply?

I have been told, if stays longer with ica, that means they want you here but looking for a slot to fit you in.

There is some logic to that but I'm sure there's a cut off point as well.

Maybe the "current issue with China" the Govt gonna boot out a few Chinese folks , clear some space that will need filling up by someone else

That should definitely help. If you want Chinese where better to get them than next door. All part of the same country once.
Anecdotal evidence from this forum does seem to suggest that Malaysian Chinese do have an advantage.
