hmm, organic food has it's value... In my opinion, so long as i work out to the amount that i'm suppose to do, i'll be okie... The food wise, hmmm just eat in a balance diet, and that's it. No matter what, if ur genes is more prone to some kind of diseases or others, it'll still activate even if u eat healthy food. The most important is to feel good about urself...
