What is the Indicative Salary for Plant Manager?

Could any one provide an indicative salary in Singapore for a Plant Manager and Asst. General Manager? I will be managing a manufacturing plant with approx. 150 employees. I have an MBA degree and 15 years of experience in the industry.

1. Base Salary
2. Bonus
