Overland backpack to Europe

I am looking for like minded people to travel overland to Europe and flying back to Singapore.

Planning to take a direct bus to southern Thailand and slowly making my way to China, before taking the trans-Siberian rail to Russia and the rest of the EU.

Plans to do so in December, and arriving in China for CNY before the rail trip.

Those who have done it before, feel free to share your inputs.

Hi. I did make that trip happen. Still travelling now. :)

My advice is to just get the first bus ticket to Malaysia. :)

Along the way you will meet people and know where your next location will be.
Wikitravel helps me to decide what’s worth seeing in that place.

Just get some cash for South East Asia, USD and a small sling to put in front and close to you. The other currencies, use your international card.

Pack clothes for cold weather that may cross into winter. A 65l backpack should be enough.

[email protected] email me if u need additional heads up. Cheers
