No, we couldn't find a big enough place there. But for smaller places won't be a problem. We are on a direct bus route to there, because prefer shopping in the wet market

If you buy a property that's tenanted, what are the chances that the tenant will move? What's a fair compensation to the tenant?

If TA does not address sale of property then you have to rely on the TA cancellation of lease...
