I don't think Sg has the accommodation shortage that Vancouver has. Not these days at least.

Agreed rents are falling. All of my co-workers are bragging about the rent reductions they are negotiating with their landlords....

And my niece is bragging that she's finally found a tenant after 5 months of being vacant (formally 2600 now 2000 But HBD 5 room in Hougang) so a bit out of the way (near YCK Rd).

Next time , let me know as my colleague lives in Houngang and she only changed house a couple of months ago , she may have taken it sooner.

Bummer! My niece just got a job with the NZ government. They recently got PR in NZ and bought a property down there. When it come up again I'll let you know.
