You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

This would be quality.
however as the Govt currently police the rules on owning/renting out flats then I suspect another damp squib.

I don't think Sg has the accommodation shortage that Vancouver has. Not these days at least.

Agreed rents are falling. All of my co-workers are bragging about the rent reductions they are negotiating with their landlords....bgd wrote:I don't think Sg has the accommodation shortage that Vancouver has. Not these days at least.

I guess we have now come a full circle, rents must be back above 2600 now isn't it?
My landlord is asking me for $2300 for the renewal 5 room HDB in Jurong. I used to rent it for 1800 for the last 3 years. Apparently he can get 2600 in the market but giving me a discount because I am a good tenant(his own words). Small mercies I guess.
