I'm Malaysian S Pass holder and working in Singapore almost 10 years.
Already booking the PR document submission appointment on this coming Dec16.
If I get my company manager or call my local Singaporean friends to write few recommendation letter for me, will it help to increase the PR approval chances?

Not really, but the letters might make 'you' feel good even if they are full of BS.
