Hi All,
I'm looking for a Litigation lawyer to represent my case. My employer is a huge multi-national company, every single top lawyer I contacted was having a conflict of interest which they can't represent me. I was fired in April when I was sexually harassed by my boss. Thank you!!!

Why not look for a not-so-top lawyer then ?

You can try a lawyer who is not from the big four law firms. Lawyers from smaller firms like Providence Law Asia, Premier Law, Advocatus and JLC Law Advisors used to be from the big four so you would get the same quality without the conflicts.

If you're a woman you should be filing a police report right now if you haven't done so already.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Gongkai200772, my view is that you are going to be hard pressed to find a decent lawyer in Singapore who even knows how to deal with a sexual harassment suit. Far too many Singaporean men still view the natural pecking order as the man, the dog, the woman. As a contractor into big MNC's I wasn't too surprised to see at one company that the top level internal employee's web page had a large "report sexual harassment here" link and button. There are a lot of male attitudes that need to change.
I'd suggest that you contact women's groups in Singapore to see if you can find a lawyer who actually knows how to deal with sexual harassment issues. All those "top drawer" firms will be pretty useless.

I would re-iterate that if the OP has actually been molested or offended her best recourse is to report this to the police. This will result in criminal charges and if a conviction follows she can then seek civil redress.

Thanks everyone for the great advices. I want justice and money since I lost my job. At the same time, I don't want to put my name on the public which I believe it will be once I filled an official law suite.

You can ask for the papers to be sealed if you start a suit. That way, the parties names would be anonymised. Your lawyer will be able to advice you on sealing the court papers.

As you decided not to answer my question, just be aware that more heavy loaded accusations, higher expectations from you to deliver a proof of your claims. So have witnesses, or other records that the harassment actually happened where the witnesses will be willing to testify in the court.
