Relocation help

Post by James Humphreys » Mon, 07 Nov 2016 4:19 am

Hi all,
We are relocating within the next 4-8weeks. Please can you all help and give me some feedback on the place to live for a family with other expats in the area, near trains shops etc.
We are looking at:
Lilydale condo District 27
Orchid park Condo District 27
Floravale Condo District 22
Changing Green Condo District 16
Evergreen park Condo District 19
The Inflora Condo District 17
Palm Isles Condo District 18
Bluwaters Condo District 17(this is my favourite)
We have a budget of around $2,000-$3,000. PCM for a 3 bedroom.
Has anyone please got any advice for us on the best places to live for myself the Mrs and our 4 year old daughter?
Many thanks
James Saffi and Saffina

If you do a search on these condos on, it will tell you how many KMs you are to the MRT. (Train). I think I'm not allowed to mention a specific property site, but even just a searly within this site provides the info, as do 2 of the other property sites I regularly use.

Most listings will also tell you what amenities are in the area, such as shopping, grocery stores, schools etc.

Singapore is approx 1/3rd expats. Generally you will be near lots of expats if you live in a condo. Less so if you choose an HDB flat, but probably will still have many.
