Hi sir I m a INDIAN citizen..now i m working in DUBAI WORK PERMIT HOLDER..CAN I eligible to apply SINGAPORE TOURIST VISA..??

holding a valid passport gives you the right to apply ...

whether you get it or not depends upon the govt of the country you are applying a visa for ...
