Hi Everyone,
Am about to sign a tenancy agreement, and I have two question:
- I discussed and the landlord agreed to have a clause that I can cancel the leave after one year by giving 2 months notice, but it is not in the contract, it is in an addendum to the contract. Is it still valid? Does it have to be stamped as well?
- I see that the rent should be paid to a different person than the landlord. Is this legal?
Thank you for your help!
