Appeal for student pass rejected 3 times

Guys, pls help me. My appeal for student pass was rejected 3 times by ICA for no reasons.
I applied for student pass renewal in june. So it was rejected and i started to do my appeals letters... every appeal letter takes me 2 months.
Im studying higher diploma in privat school, i still have 5 subjects to do but i needed to go to my country and wait there. Everything is paid, its was second year in singapore. My attendance was 82 or 87% thats why they rejected.. but i have mended my way and i wanna finish.. i never break the rules in singapore, i was a good girl there. I just wanna finish my school and go to study my bachelor overseas... my stuff in singapore, everything in sg. In August I applied for tourist visa by spouse in sg and it also was rejected. School asked me to do a new appeal. Any chances for me to get the student pass? I need your advise guys..

Apparently, you appeal wasn't rejected for "no reason". You were rejected for violating the minimum attendance requirements. The authorities have no way to tell if you have mended your ways or not.

About all you can try and do is provide a verifiable change in circumstances that might make you less inclined to skip class. Otherwise, the gahmen already believes it knows what you are.
