I am following this forum for quite some time and this is my first post here. I have booked my
appointment for PR application submission in next year April 2017. I am seeking for your great advices
and suggestion before I procced my submission. (Already got rejected 5 times)
Profile:
Pass type: Employment pass
Job: Project Manager
Salary:5.1K
Nationality: Indian (Tamil)
Education: Diploma in Civil (India), Diploma in WSH (Singapore), 15 no’s of local certificate courses
Age:32 Yrs
Income Tax paid: 8 yrs
Marital status: married (2011)
Children’s: 2 boys (4 yrs &2yrs)
Spouse: Indian (25yrs), Bachelor degree. (No working)
Here is my Working history.
Employer 1 -Oct 2004-July 2007- Work permit -General worker(S$540+OT)
Employer 2 -Aug 2007-Dec 2008- Work permit- Site supervisor (S$1700)
Employer 3-Jan 2009-april 2012-Spass – Site Supervisor(S$2650)
May 2012-April 2013- Project Engineer (promoted within same company) (S$3200)
May 2013- April 2016-PojectManger (promoted within same company) (S$4300)
May 2016-Sep 2016-Break (back to India with Family) (canceled my S pass, wife and kids dependent
passes)
Oct 2016- Employment Pass-Project manager (join back to same company)(S$5100)

You don't make enough money for the number of years of experience you have.

Wouldn't matter where the kids were born. Neither parent is a PR or SGC so it's immaterial. However, what does matter is if the kids are on the PR application. If not, forget it. Frankly, I don't think you have much of a chance even if there kids were born here. Stranger things have happened, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
