I used to get banking regulations translated through expensive sources and found that Google Translate gave me a very quick (but not 100% understandable) feel of what was required while waiting for the formal translation.

i used to get my Legal documents translated by Sage Languages but they are based in Paya Lebar.. so depends on which part of Singapore you are in....
