my stomach get very bloated.

I keep healthy diet but any one can also suggest me medicine can help me relief stomach gas.
I've a similar issue as you, not just here in Singapore but in Oz.

Motilium has helped, but I've been taking probiotics lately which has alleviated the need for Motilium. I use Inner Health (refrigerated type), but I can't find it here.

So, here's some probiotics from Guardian, take your pick: http://www.guardian.com.sg/search/?text=probiotic

you didn't answer it quite completely, so... i would suggest... keeping a food diary and note down all observations/feelings... and making sure you don't have any abnormality inside you, ulcers or problems with bacteria... by visiting a gastroenterologist.

what sort of work do you do? how often do you eat?

the doctor will decide what to take out of you (stool, blood, breath, saliva, etc), and what to put inside you (medication, endocope, etc).

this is generally determined by what he thinks is wrong with you. you can help by giving him as much info as possible.

generally, if omez isn't working, i would suggest you ask the doctor (new/current) if you need to up it, split it (D), or cease/replace them - barring any alarming finds.

Stool analysis can be done easily and affordably. This one is bundled with other tests. You can probably find cheaper options since this clinic is centrally located.

I am about to embark on the probiotic wagon myself. The refrigerated kind is supposed to be of higher quality. And try to get the highest culture count.

First of all, take note of foods that cause you bloating. Dairy based products or food is quite common to cause bloating, especially if you are lactose intolerant.

Next, definitely get on a good brand of probiotics and digestive enzymes. Both have their benefits and are helpful for your gut health, and likely a bloated stomach.

Hey, I used to have a bloated stomach by the end of the day but I don't feel any pain. This stopped ever since I started taking proteolytic enzymes to help with digestion. Not sure if that's suitable for you so be sure to google it before deciding yourself. :)
