It helps a lot. Thanks.
I didn't write to any senior officer, just submit to a office via the counter.
Actually, nothing is changed in my side at all.

They may be reconsidering your case and that is why they have asked your payslip and NOA too. If in case your salary has increased, how will they know without you submitting your payslips?

They can base on CPF unless the salary is above the maximum ceiling

I just received a call from my citizenship interview officer to ask me to furnish the latest 6 months payslips and NOA, actually I have provided them my latest NOA this May already.
ICA can check the CPF contribution via their system from this year onwards. My salary is not more than 6k, they can derive from my CPF contribution. What is the point to ask for payslips?
I submitted appeal letter 07th September then received the acknowledge letter 08th September.
Wondering how come they are so EFFECTIVE this time?
Any one knows what it will happen next? Thanks.'
They ask, just give it.
It doesn't promise success or failure from what I have seen.

This may be a slight positive factor based on what I see.

Hi, don't mind if you can share how to appeal? Just write to ICA officer a letter or an email sufficient?

As long as your appeal contains appeal reason along with the supporting documentation, it can be submitted either manually (paper submission at ICA) or via email.

hi all
Do you knows what the process of appeal is?
I got information from someone who appealed before then got the citizenship in the end, he told the successful of appeal means that you can submit a new application and pay for another $100, it will take half an year to process again.
Is it correct?
Have a nice weekend.
Best Regards
Derron

Doesn't look right. Appeal usually means on the old application that was rejected and not on a new application.

Talk about hedging your bets and throwing a wrench into the system.
From what I know, if you have an application pending, unless something changed, can't do much other than wait.
