Hello,
We've recently moved to Singapore and bought a Samsung Curved TV. The TV comes with a metre long power cable which is not long enough.
I bought a 3 metre cord from Sim Lim square but am hesitant to use it inc ase it might harm the television. Any suggestions if the cord is safe to use??
Thanks

if your tv was bought legitimately in singapore (not for export use) and so was the extension cord (comes with a blue PSB approval sticker), i say plug it in and go nuts.

Since you won't post a picture, buy an extension cord.

Generally Sim Lim Square (not to be confused with Sim Lim Tower!) shops are quite safe. Nonetheless I won't buy/use anything electrical that's not got the local official Spring Safety mark.
