Hi all,
My employer replaced new HR, my EP renewal in the middle of this transition (already got approval, just waiting for collecting new card), then our new HR cancelled my EP by mistake. she wrote an appeal letter to MOM to explain about the scenario after that and they allowed us to submit new EP without posting job bank. but its status have been pending for more than 2 weeks since the submission date. I just have remaining 2 weeks staying in Singapore, I am feeling stuck and frustrated with this situation

, I will appreciate if you guys can give me any advice.

If MOM put you through the mill, may take a month.
Seen it happen in recent appeals of late.

Is that a serious question?
Appeals have a great chance of failure now, as its known that, for appeals,MOM starts going through a microscope to spot any holes.
No, I can't give you a percentage.
Good luck !

I am checking my EP status online via this page:
https://eponline.mom.gov.sg/epol/PEPOLE ... yAction.do
I saw my status is 'Pending', Do they have the 'In Progress' status? I don't know they are working on it or not.
This case clearly is my employer fault, I lost my EP without notice, my employer still asking me continue to work when they are applying new EP for me, what should I do in this case. And If my EP is rejected, by rights, will they have to pay any compensation for me or not? Seeking for your advise.
Thanks for your support.

I doubt it as you are both breaking the law. You are NOT ALLOWED to work in Singapore without a valid work visa. Full Stop. You should be on administrative leave until this is resolved. Yes, it's unfair, but getting caught without a valid visa will see you banned from Singapore till hell freezes over.

So if you knew they were not working on it what you were going to do?
You are asking in this thread this sort of questions where if I was an MoM officer taking care of your case and saw your posts I might have had a second thought as of your pass approval.

If MOM is not working in my case, I want my employer to withdraw the EP application, and I will looking for another job in Singapore.
Currently, I stopped working for them, I have not came to office since then, just transfer knowledge to my colleagues by email/Skype.

Wrong answer . ... ask your employer to withdraw the application.
As long as an appeal is filed, consider MOM to be working on it, though results may take a week, a month or longer...
