How to reprint e-appointment for PR application

Hi,

I need help. I just noticed that my e-appointment does not have a barcode. I would like to re-print the e-appointment but I cannot find it in the website. I have gotten as far as seeing my schedule online (This coming monday Aug 22) but it only has the option of cancelling and rebooking my appointment. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

U can key in the Fin number manually at the machine where people use to scan the barcode to get the Q number. I did the same for mine

Whenever somebody struggled, the staff were quick to help and get a Q number... Never knew the above.

You can contact the information counter with your NRIC/ Employment Pass & they will provide a queue ticket. This info is available in the e-Appointment 'Notes' section.
