You don't understand the whole situation, so maybe..just maybe stop acting like you know it all? First, yup i managed to get an EP, and so? I'm trying to figure out what's the problem right? Oh hey, I didn't suggest to the employer to report a false salary so that I can get an EP right? If finding out and truth while seeking clarification = jail for the employee then you really need go study more brother. Or so much salts coming from a work permit expats perhaps?

The answer to your question : does job hopping affect your pass renewal ?
1. One pass is tied to one job, when you hop jobs, you need to get a new pass.
2. Normally there wouldn't be a huge problem if you changed jobs from company A to B to C if the salaries you received in question were close to or above the recommendation set by MoM. In your case this isn't the case and that's why ecurelix rightly pointed that out.

3. In your case you have salaries much lesser than the norms set and in which case CAN affect your pass renewal. I knew a girl who had a monthly salary of 4000, when the pass was up for renewal Mom recommended increasing salary to 4800, a second application was made and thus time around the pass was issued.

MoM does not tolerate any nonsense from companies that indulge in malpractices, however there are some companies that operate in such fashion, when they get caught they investigate everyone who is involved, be it employees or employer

Not sure what are you trying to prove here but if you're trying to show your authority as a moderator in the forum, then I'm thoroughly dissapointed.
