I've been looking for a new job for a career change over the past month or so, and I have got some interviews, as well as an offer so far. I've been having difficulties making the decision about the offer, and I hope you can provide me with a perspective

My background:
Japanese, 23
Psychology graduate from a UK university
Previously worked as an English teacher
Currently looking for a job either in Japan or Singapore
Trilingual, lived abroad for the majority of my life
Current situation:
- I have an offer in Singapore for an investment research analyst position
- several companies have invited me to an interview for marketing research positions in Japan
- I am interested in pursuing a career in marketing research
- I have almost no interest in investment, although it may turn out interesting after I learn about it
- I really enjoy my life in Singapore
- going to Japan will limit my international exposure, both in personal life and at work
So I think it's really location vs. job now.
I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some advice on this!
I'll have to make the decision about the offer here in Singapore by tomorrow, so it's pretty urgent as well..
Thank you so much for reading this!
