Company incorporated in August 2013
Local employees - 5
Forigne employees - 3 ( including me)
from Aug 2013 to October 2015 company activity was only trading from October 2015 onwards started factory (manufacturing)
Staying with family
Wife , Daughter & Son
Applied for family also.
Wife took over one construction company in March 2016.
From March to July only one local employee from July onwards 2 local employees
Wife is shareholder and director
Not yet started taking any salary
Operation not yet started all approval work is going on ( hope it will complete by September)
My company first year loss, 2nd year profit &3rd year is completing this month. This year will be profit.
Including 2 year company financials, details of factory , details of Products, cpf statements & factory licenses collect by officer but refuse to collect purchase orders.
Donation - Bone marrow donor - monthly $48/- through Giro from February 2015
How will be our chances ?
From this October we are expanding our factory space (now 4000sft from October it will be 7000sft)
Did we need to submit new tenancy agreement to ICA ?

What Pass are you holding in SG and which PR Scheme did you use to apply? I suppose you are the main applicant.

Apart from this 3contract workers also
Contract workers details not mentioned in application
I think my qualification will be a draw back
My Wife is graduate but she never collected the certificate so we never mention about that and submitted only available certificate ( plus 2 certificate)

Did you pass the donation slips to ICA ? 48$ sounds bit low

But seriously, no, ICA won't bothered if your floor space increased.

I never know how much rent you pay is a point taken into consideration for PR, so would the donation receipts

Chances? Hang on. It may take up to 2 years.

May 2016 is so soon.

Chances may not be great at the moment because

1. Because of the Ethnicity
2. You have submitted only 2 years of NOA, so I assume your stay in SG has also not been long
3. Company has started making profits only from this year
