Also I'll open another topic about it, but I'm looking at hosting a training event/seminar in SG in the future and was wondering if there are any particular legalities I need to be aware of w.r.t. Conducting business in Singapore. Of course the training itself is perfectly legal, but don't want to get in trouble with taxes or having the wrong visa for foreign trainers, etc.
