An acquaintance I know got married to a foreigner more than 6 years ago. The PMLA rejected but LTVP approved after they got married. It's the one & only case I know.

You can always try to apply for LTVP even if PMLA fail and SC spouse have one month's worth of payslip but have to be mentally prepared for a rejection. That's all we can advise. Won't know till you try.

Oh yea, talked with my wife about it and we decided to try it with one month payslip, and yes, we are fully mentally prepared for rejection but we decided that we gonna try again at 3 and 6 months mark if it fails. Thank you for the advice, It is truly meaningful and we truly appreciate it 🙏

Thankyou for your best wishes senior 🙏 we truly appreciate it.

Idk about other indo chinese but me and my group of friends does have bachelor degree with honors. And yes, currently i am trying to get an Spass, because atleast, if i am able to land on an Spass, i wouldn't have to worry about job hunting again once i do get an LTVP and Since Spass wage is pretty high now(in my opinion, SGD3.150) it would also do us good in the future for our plans on HDB flat.

But, doesn't mean that we will just not try on LTVP we will still try to attempt it, but i am very uncomfortable with just sitting here and waiting and letting my wife do all the work. Once my wife got her first month payslip we will attemp, if it fails then we will try at the 6th month payslip
