I have a job offer from a singapore IT services firm.
Salary offered: S$3500 per month
However, I am not sure wheter my EP will be successfully processed as I have only 2 years of experience in the IT Industry in a MNC.
Experience: 2 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
I have heard that it is not possible for an IT professional with less than 5 years of experience to get a Singapore EP.
However, I possess 2 years of very relevant experience required for the job. Also, I was told by the HR manager of the firm sponsoring my EP that they are not able to find professionals with relevant experience and skill set in singapore.
I can only hope that MOM Singapore considers this factor. But I have been told that IT experience of just about 2 years is not enough for successful outcome of EP processing.
Any information/suggestions in this regard will be highly appreciated.
