EP Rejection Appeal

My Employer forwarded me an Email regarding the inquiry for the status of Appeal.

MOM has mentioned in that email that they will make every effort to provide the result of the appeal in 3 weeks.

Is this timeline final or some more delays can be expected?

Please suggest.

Are you going to be contracted out to other companies if you get this job?
