PR app for my spouse

Hi,

I'm thinking of applying for PR for my wife.

She is Japanese (not working at the moment, in SG on LTVP), and we have a 7 month old SC child. She has a bachelors degree and used to work in a bank in Japan. I am SC, with a PhD in EE, working in stat board with salary of 5.5K, 5 year contract.

But the problem is that we have just relocated to Singapore a month ago.

Should we apply for PR now, or wait for a year or two?
